Nicole Duffy

Nicole Duffy serves as the Director of Customer Service at Brim Financial since January 2024, previously holding the position of Head of Customer Success at Loadlink Technologies from April 2022 to January 2024. Nicole has a strong background in customer success, having worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at TD from December 2015 to January 2023, and as a Customer Success Manager at Taleo from October 2010 to November 2015. Early in their career, Nicole was the National Manager for Customer Service, Sales, and Key Accounts Departments at ICS Courier from August 2004 to January 2010, where Nicole launched new call centers and implemented programs that significantly increased customer satisfaction and company revenue. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from York University and has further education from Alliance Francaise.
