Charles Pfeffer

Charles brings over twenty-five years of experience leading change efforts in global corporations. He has coached diverse global leadership teams in the pharmaceutical, aerospace, materials, telecom, and information technology industries. His approach is based on the belief that flawless execution is a reflection of deep engagement. Charles works with leaders to help them apply their diverse talents and experiences as they co-create strategies and execute on plans. In addition to his work with Brimstone, Charles is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with his own firm. His clients have included Merck, Xerox, Kodak, DuPont, ExxonMobil, Frontier, Lockheed Martin, and Novelis. Charles is regularly asked to facilitate strategy development and alignment by technology and business leaders and has taught transformation management approaches to internal change agents across industries and geographies.

Charles received a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester. He lives in Rochester, New York.
