Jean Cholka

Jean brings to Brimstone over three decades of diverse global leadership experience across industries that include telecommunications, technology, outsourcing, retail, and consulting. Before joining the firm, Jean held a number of leadership roles including CEO of Freeborders, Inc., President – North American Operations and Chief People Officer of Kanbay International, Director – Home Services Human Resources at Sears, Roebuck and Company and in several leadership positions at AT&T. Jean’s experience leading global organizations operating in the U.S., Europe and Asia helps her work skillfully and effectively with different cultures and customs. Jean’s greatest strengths include business strategy and alignment, global leadership, organization design and development, transformation, and building high performing teams. She has been honored by the Chicago Business Ledger with the Influential Women in Business Award.

Jean holds a BS in Management from Cardinal Stritch College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has also completed numerous executive development programs including the Aspen Institute, the University of Michigan’s Advanced HR Executive program, Breakthrough Leadership with Noel Tichy, and several Change Leadership and Strategic Planning certifications.
