José Gonzalez

As a Senior Partner, José facilitates leadership development workshops on leading change and developing people. José has two decades of experience in the design and implementation of experiential learning, leadership development, and adventure-based training. He possesses a doctoral degree in education with a focus on curriculum and instruction from the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico. José grew up in Puerto Rico, surfing, sailing, camping, rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring every corner of the island.
