Peter Capozza

Peter brings thirty years of experience as a consultant and coach to individuals, groups, and organizations across a wide variety of industries to the Brimstone team. Peter’s approach focuses on assessment, problem solving, and action learning. He combines this with his extensive background in leadership effectiveness, change management, and individual, team, and organizational development to provide a critical dimension to the facilitation of project delivery and human performance. His recent work with Brimstone includes engagements with General Dynamics, General Motors, Waste Management, Pfizer, and Harvard Business School. Prior to joining the Brimstone team, Peter was a manager/consultant with Accenture.

Peter received a BS in Economics and Business Management from the University of Southern Maine. He has taught a variety of courses for Accenture. Peter lives in Yarmouth, Maine.
