Mechanical Engineer at BRINC

Shrirang Patki is currently a Mechanical Engineer at BRINC Drones and a Research Intern at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute - Carnegie Mellon University - School of Computer Science. Prior to this, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University Robotics Institute in 2020. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Research Assistant at Nanyang Technological University, where they worked on mathematically modeling of soft-tissue behavior for knee arthroplasty procedure. Additionally, they were Structures Lead and Mechanical Design Engineer at Iris Rover (by Carnegie Mellon University), where they led analysis and validation efforts for Iris, a CMU's lunar rover, and successfully passed critical design review (CDR).

Shrirang Patki completed their Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Warangal from 2014 to 2018. Shrirang then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University from 2019 to 2020.
