Will Huddler

Will Huddler has worked for several companies since 2002. Their first role was as a Police Lieutenant for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). Will then became an Executive Sergeant for the LVMPD Executive Staff in 2014, followed by a Police Sergeant Gang Prevention/Youth Outreach role at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in 2012. In 2015, they became the Director (BOD) of the Southern Nevada Police Athletic League. In 2019, they were appointed Chairman of the Las Vegas Police Managers & Supervisors Association. In 2020, they became the Owner of CivicOps llc, and also took on the roles of VP, Public Safety Operations and Senior Consultant for BRINC. Will also works as a Coach/Mentor for P.O.W.E.R (PAL Gang Prevention).

Will Huddler has completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Oklahoma, an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Redlands Community College, and additional coursework in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Oklahoma. Will also holds a Leadership Instructor certification from the Nevada Peace Officer Standards and Training, obtained in January 2014.
