Heather Thompson

Heather Thompson is a seasoned accounting professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Senior Accountant and Assistant Controller at Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus since June 2020, Heather previously worked as an Accounting Specialist at the US Space and Rocket Center from May 2017 to May 2020. Heather also dedicated a decade as Director of Royal Family KIDS in Littleton, Colorado, where the role involved managing all operational aspects of a summer camp for foster children. Earlier experience includes positions as Corporate Accountant at Corum Real Estate Group, Inc., Staff Accountant at Transwestern, and Staff Accountant at Continuum Partners, contributing to a strong foundation in corporate accounting. Heather earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University between 2019 and 2021.
