Richard Burrell

Richard Burrell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy and investment sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Bring Energy since January 2024, Richard Burrell oversees the development and operation of low carbon generation networks in the UK. As Non Executive Chairman of Pioneer Balmoral UK Limited and its subsidiary Seras UK, Richard Burrell focuses on waste-to-energy solutions. Richard Burrell is also the Chief Executive Officer of Mathieson Capital Investment Management Limited, which invests in renewable energy and private equity. Previous roles include CEO of AMP Clean Energy, where Richard Burrell advanced decentralized energy solutions, and other leadership positions at Denham Capital Management, FirstCare, Brickendon Consulting, and Assura Group Ltd, the latter of which Richard Burrell founded. Richard Burrell holds a BA in Economics from Durham University.
