Bob Kendall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bob started their career in 1968 as a Submarine Sonar Technician for the US Navy, where they gained qualifications in submarine and sonar operations. After leaving the navy in 1971, Bob joined Pacific Bell Telephone as a Senior Technical Architect and was responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining the Provisioning System for POTS telephones. Bob also implemented performance metrics for Pacific/Nevada Bell and managed a network of mid-range HP UNIX processors. In 2001, Bob joined Customer Care, Inc as Vice President of Operations, where they interfaced with clients, provided design proposals, and developed software for telecommunications provisioning. Bob later worked at AT&T as a Service Technician from 2006 to 2010, before joining BringFido.com in 2013. At BringFido.com, Bob integrated analog and digital technologies to support the creation, build, and day-to-day operations of the pet travel website. Bob also managed the company's South Carolina-based call center.

Bob Kendall received education and training in various fields throughout their life. In 1967-1968, they attended Los Angeles Pierce College, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Following this, from 1968 to 1969, they attended the United States Navy Submarine School in Groton, CT, where they obtained a degree in Submariner, focusing on Undersea Warfare.

In 1987-2000, Bob enrolled in PacificBell Computer Training, where they earned certificates in UNIX. Simultaneously, from 1989 to 1992, they participated in the Hewlett Packard HP-UX training curriculum, specializing in HP-UX systems.

Beyond their formal education, Bob Kendall also holds additional certifications. The specific obtained month and year are unknown, but they have been certified as a Commercial Pilot for Multi-engine and Instrument flying, as well as a Certified Flight Instructor for Multi-engine Instruction. These certifications were obtained through the Federal Aviation Administration.
