Paulo Gama

Paulo Gama has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Paulo currently works at Bringoz as a Customer Success Brazil, where they are a key member of an executive-level escalation team responsible for managing strategies and tactics for de-escalating customer accounts. Paulo also conducts online training sessions for new clients and leads the onboarding process to ensure success. In their previous role at SC Johnson, Paulo served as a Senior Logistics Analyst | SAP Latam Specialist, where they achieved a 1.2 million reduction in returns with A3 and was responsible for warehouse operations. Before that, they worked at Whirlpool Latin America as a Logistics Coordinator, where they handled the hiring and management of a joint venture warehouse and defined the logistics network and delivery operations in Brazil. Paulo also has experience at Unilever as a Logistics Analyst, where they were involved in budget control and adjustments of the transport network. Additionally, they have worked in logistics roles at SafeLab & Logistics, Aliança Francesa de São Paulo, and DEDIC, where they gained experience in transportation, warehousing, and supplier management. Paulo’s work experience also includes teaching positions at Centro Paula Souza and Faculdade Interação Americana, as well as telemarketing roles at Liq and DEDIC.

Paulo Gama received their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes from 2006 to 2009. Paulo then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Quality Management and Productivity at Pós Graduação - Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Mathematics from Centro Universitário de Jales. Paulo continued their education at UNIASSELVI from 2021 to 2022, earning another Licentiate degree in Informatics. Currently, from 2023 to 2025, they are attending Universidad Europea del Atlántico, focusing on a Master of Education in TICs (Technologies of Information and Communication) in the field of Education.
