Xavier Leon has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Xavier began their career as an entrepreneur at Quanttum Movil from September 2001 to March 2003. Xavier then worked as a Marketing and Customer Representative at State Farm from June 2005 to May 2006. Following this, they served as a Financial Advisor at StateTrust from April 2008 to June 2009. Xavier then worked as a Relationship & Product Manager at Corporación Ekos from June 2009 to August 2012. Xavier later joined SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company as a Project Manager / Global Competitive Intelligence Specialist from June 2013 to July 2015. Xavier then transitioned to X&CO Consulting, where they worked as a Management Consultant from May 2013 to March 2016. Presently, they are the CEO & Co-Founder of Brinja AB, where they have been working since October 2016.
Xavier Leon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance and Marketing from Universidad San Francisco de Quito in 2006. In 2004 and 2005, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they focused on Finance and Marketing. Xavier then pursued a Master's Degree in Economics at the University of Gothenburg and completed their education in 2015.
