Nicki Botello

Nicki Botello is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in menu design and brand management. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Manager for Menu Design at Brinker International since December 2020, Nicki has previously held roles as a Marketing Manager specializing in creative initiatives related to menu and merchandise, as well as marketing for Chili's Franchise and Canada. In addition to this role, Nicki worked as a Freelance Design and Brand Consultant for Lady Sparrow Creative since May 2010, and served as the Senior Designer and Brand Manager at the Military Child Education Coalition from August 2017 to December 2020, providing creative direction for various branding and program initiatives. Early in the career, Nicki gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Landmark Arts - Texas Tech from June 2009 to May 2010. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Texas Tech University, completed in 2010.
