Sherif Elbedeiwy

Sherif Elbedeiwy is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, particularly with Brinker International since 1994. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Middle East and Europe, Sherif Elbedeiwy focuses on brand performance and financial success while setting strategic regional goals and overseeing operational execution. Previous roles include Global Area Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, workforce diversity, and restaurant operations oversight across more than 75 locations. Sherif Elbedeiwy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Hospitality Management from the University of Phoenix, attained between 2010 and 2013, and demonstrates competencies in hospitality, coaching, and continuous improvement.
