Tracy Tennyson, ACC, CLC, currently serves as Chief of Staff and Executive Coach at Brinker International since June 2023, after a successful tenure as a Certified Professional Coach with Full Sail Coaching & Communications from January 2017 to September 2023. Previously, Tracy held various roles at Brinker International, including Director of Performance Coaching, where notable achievements included increasing the promotion rate of coaching clients and enhancing team effectiveness. Other significant contributions involved crafting communication strategies and speeches that led to a remarkable 900% increase in stock price over four years. With a background in management and communications consultancy at Lang Lighting Design and Pickwick & Frolic, Tracy has developed expertise in coaching, communication, and multimedia project management.
