Wade Cunningham

Wade Cunningham is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and corporate control. Currently serving as Vice President and Controller at Brinker International since March 2009, Wade previously held the position of Senior Director of Financial Reporting at the same company. Prior to that, Wade worked as Corporate Controller at Oldcastle Glass for a year and spent several years at Brinker International in various financial reporting roles, including Senior Manager. Wade's career began at Ernst & Young, where the role of Audit Manager was held from 1998 to 2004. Wade holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
