Ashley Holmes is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in bar and restaurant management. Currently serving as the Owner/Operator of Pig's Ear Tavern since January 2023, Ashley also holds the position of Project Manager at Brinkman & Associates Reforestation Ltd. since April 2021. With a background that includes roles as a Bartender at The Pig's Ear Tavern and The Sapphire Room, Ashley has demonstrated a commitment to excellent customer service and creating enjoyable atmospheres. Previous experience includes managing bar services and kitchen operations at Trent University Conference Services, alongside seasonal work as a Tree Planter at Coast Range Contracting Ltd. Ashley's educational background includes studies at Trent University.
