Lindsey Miller

Lindsey Miller, SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Brinkman Construction since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsey held multiple positions at Columbine Health Systems from June 2013 to August 2022, including Administrator, where oversight of daily operations was provided for The Windsor Independent Living and Westwood Patio Homes, which catered to 80 residents and employed 30 staff members. A significant achievement includes spearheading the opening of an independent living facility in 2019. Lindsey also served as Director of Admissions, managing admissions processes for Columbine Commons Health & Rehab and Assisted Living, and held the position of Office Manager, providing administrative support. Lindsey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder and furthered education at Griffith University.
