Florence Rappanello

Florence RAPPANELLO serves as the Directrice Département Ressources Humaines at Brink's France since September 2022, overseeing the human resources department for both the headquarters and the BU Automates with approximately 650 employees. Prior to this, Florence held the HRBP position at Carte Noire and Lavazza, managing employee relations for around 500 employees across France, Benelux, and Iberia, and served as an HR Business Partner at Lavazza France S.A.S., focusing on operational HR for 240 employees and navigating significant projects including SAP SuccessFactors implementation amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 crisis. Earlier career milestones include serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at LP ART, where Florence established the HR function and managed labor relations, and consultancy roles in transformation projects with Eurogroup, alongside auditing experience at Mazars et Guerard. Florence's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources from IGS, a Master’s in Audit and Consulting from ESCP Business School, and a Maitrise in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
