Matthias Guillot

Matthias Guillot is currently serving as Project and Transition Director at Brink's France, where responsibilities include overseeing business projects and a modernization plan, as well as being a member of the management committee. With extensive experience at Brink's France since 1998, Matthias has held various roles, including Project and AMOA Director, where leadership of a team focused on client projects is a key function. Notable achievements include directing the logistics reorganization project in the Paris area following the acquisition of Temis group and spearheading the Skyline project, which involved implementing a new business model and enhancing cash management processes. Matthias holds an Ingénieur CESI GI degree in Industrial Engineering from the Centre d'Etudes supérieures industrielles.
