Brian Lunseth

Brian Lunseth has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Brian currently works at Brinks Home as the Director of Digital Customer Experience and Development, which they started in 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Operational Support at Lumen Technologies from 2011 to 2024, where they led a team focused on next-generation digital engagement for both consumer and enterprise customers. Before that, Brian worked at QWEST COMMUNICATIONS CORP, where they held the roles of Manager of Process Management from 2008 to 2011 and Supervisor of Network Ops from 2006 to 2008.

Brian Lunseth obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in IT/Telecommunications from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they pursued an Associates Degree in Telecommunications from Dakota County Technical College, from 2000 to 2002.
