Dustin Schrader has extensive experience in the roofing and sheet metal industry, having worked as a Commercial Estimator at JB Turner and Sons Roofing and Sheet Metal. Dustin then transitioned to a career in customer success and workforce optimization at Brinks Home, where Dustin has held various leadership positions such as Senior Director of Customer Success and Workforce Optimization, Senior Director of Field Operations & Tech Support, Director of New Customer Operations, and Manager of Customer Retention and Monitoring Operations.
