John Hodge

John Hodge has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. John began their career as a Network Operations Center Engineer at The Planet, where they provided support to hosting clients and developed a customer support portal. John then worked as a Help Desk Technician at Heritage Auctions, assisting with technology services deployment and providing desktop support. After that, they joined CIBER Inc. as a Customer Support Technician.

In 2007, John became an independent contractor and owner of Briardale Landscape Co., where they designed and implemented a web-based management system for the business. John also implemented a VoIP PBX system to improve customer interaction. John then transitioned to a role as a Web Applications Developer at All Smiles Dental Centers, developing applications and reports and providing support for the Dentrix practice-management system.

From 2010 to 2012, John worked as a Technical Systems Analyst at Cash America, where they provided technical analysis and debugging, as well as developed SQL queries and programs to identify and correct data variances. John then moved on to Brinks Home, where they held various roles such as Application Support Developer, .NET Developer, and Technical Lead. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and delivering business applications and leading a team of developers and QA analysts.

John Hodge attended Harvest Christian Academy from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Honors Computer Science. In 2000 and 2001, they attended Abilene Christian University, studying Computer Science and Industrial Technology. Additionally, John Hodge obtained a certification as a New Relic Certified Performance Pro from New Relic University in November 2017.
