Lacie Stone has a strong background in technical product ownership, business analysis, process improvement, project management, and program management. Throughout their career, Lacie has successfully implemented business processes to reduce service delivery times, increase revenue, and improve customer experience. With experience in data mapping, process flows, and employee development, Lacie has consistently optimized efficiency and performance within organizations. Stone is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems at The University of Texas at Arlington.
