Michelle Bell

Michelle Bell has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President of Human Resources at Brink's Inc since January 2023. Before that, they served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Payment Alliance International from November 2019 to January 2023. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, change management, benefits, and performance management. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Director of Human Resources at Eclipse Senior Living from May 2018 to November 2019, where they collaborated with the support center and regional executive team to develop and drive HR strategies. Michelle also held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Gilt.com from September 2014 to July 2017, overseeing HR operations for teams in Kentucky and New York. In addition, they worked at Kindred Healthcare as a District Director of Human Resources from May 2012 to September 2014, and as a Manager of Human Resources at RehabCare from March 2010 to May 2012. Michelle began their career as an HR Director at Procarent from February 2007 to November 2009, and as an HR Manager at Insight Communications from February 2005 to February 2007. Michelle's first HR role was as an HR Manager at Cox Radio from May 1999 to February 2005, where they were involved in various aspects of HR, such as employee relations, recruiting, compliance, payroll, and benefits.

Michelle Bell, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they earned between 2009 and 2011. Michelle also holds a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SPHR) in Human Resource Management.
