Paul Diemer

Paul Diemer is a seasoned finance and corporate development executive with extensive experience leading strategic acquisitions and corporate strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Brink’s Inc since January 2017, Paul has successfully completed over 30 strategic acquisitions totaling approximately $2.5 billion in capital across multiple continents. Prior roles include Vice President of Corporate Development at Hertz Corporation, where Paul led global M&A transactions and played a key role in the spin-off of HERC Rentals, and Director of Corporate Development at The Brink's Company, overseeing global acquisition activities. Early career experience includes leadership positions at Landmark Communications and financial advisory roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
