Ramana Rao A. is an experienced technology leader currently serving as a Council Member at VOCAL Council since 2023 and as the Director of GBS Intelligent Automation at Newell Brands since February 2021. Previously, Ramana held significant roles such as Engagement Leader for Intelligent Process Automation at Cognizant and Sr Program Delivery Lead for Emerging Tech at Genpact. With a strong background in IT service transformation, program management, and emerging technologies, Ramana has successfully led large-scale projects and established operational strategies in various organizations, including Sogeti, RCG Global Services, DXC Technology, and GENPACT. Ramana holds a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Science & Electronics from Andhra University, alongside recent education in Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education.
