Rodney Jones

Rodney Jones is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and virtualization. Currently serving as a Sr. Virtualization Infrastructure Engineer at Brink’s Inc since June 2017, Rodney manages a VMware environment of over 70 hosts and 2300+ virtual machines. Prior to this, Rodney held roles at Global Payments Inc. as an Infrastructure Engineer and at Heartland Payment Systems in various technical positions, including Lead Helpdesk Technician and Sr IT Operations Technician. Rodney's extensive background includes monitoring server environments, managing user accounts, performing system upgrades, and providing comprehensive technical support across multiple platforms. Rodney obtained a diploma from Augusta High School and pursued further education at the University of Central Arkansas between 1993 and 1997.
