Roxana Andrei

Roxana Andrei has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Roxana began their career as a Commercial Manager and HR Coordinator at CORTINA INTL FOOD CO in 1999. Roxana later worked as an HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist at ManpowerGroup Romania from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they served as an HR BP at Sandvik Group Romania. Roxana then joined ADECCO ROMANIA in 2012 and held the position of HR Manager until 2018. During this time, they played a pivotal role in driving organizational change and implementing HR initiatives that led to significant performance improvement. In 2018, they became the Head of Human Resources at the British School of Bucharest. Currently, they are the HR Director at Brink's Inc (former G4S Romania) since 2019.

Roxana Andrei attended the Academy of Economic Studies from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Management from the Faculty of Management. In 2017, they obtained a Certification in Employer Branding from Universum, Netherlanden. Roxana also holds additional certifications, including one as a Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner from Thomas International in 2021 and another in Employer Branding from Universum Global in 2017.
