Brian Myers

Brian Myers is a Co-Founder and a Managing Director on the Brinley investment team at Brinley. He also serves as Co-Head of the Investment Screening Committee, where he is responsible for the initial review of all investment opportunities presented to Brinley. Prior to joining Brinley in 2021, Brian was a Director on the Credit Investments team at Public Sector Pension Investment Board (“PSP Investments”). While at PSP Investments, Brian served as a deal team lead, responsible for sourcing, diligencing, underwriting, structuring, legal negotiations and portfolio monitoring for investments across the capital structure. Brian focuses on the healthcare, life sciences, industrials and logistics sectors.

Prior to joining PSP Investments, Brian was a Senior Investment Analyst with Prudential Private Capital (“PPC”) in the Corporate and Project Workouts group. At PPC, Brian’s responsibilities revolved around internal debt restructurings and workouts as well as distressed debt investing.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Boston College. Brian is a CFA charterholder.
