Morgan O’Laughlin

Morgan O’Laughlin is a Director on the Business Development team at Brinley. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, she worked in Business Development at Napier Park, where she was responsible for expanding the firm’s distribution of commingled funds across the credit and real assets platform. Prior to that role, Morgan worked in the client development group at KLS Diversified Asset Management and the institutional client group at BlackRock.

Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from Bentley University, where she was a member of the Women’s Volleyball Team.
