Samantha Ellert, PMP

Samantha Ellert, PMP, is an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background in marketing, events, and sales. Samantha has held various roles throughout their career, showcasing their strong organizational and managerial skills.

Starting in 2020, Samantha worked as a Project Manager II at BRIO, where they managed day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including resource allocation, project timelines, budgets, and client reporting. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at the same company, where they oversaw project invoicing, reviewed work completed by the development team, and conducted quality assurance testing.

Before joining BRIO, Samantha gained valuable experience as the Director of Events and Marketing Programs at Philadelphia Distilling from 2016 to 2020. In this role, they implemented local and national marketing programs, managed advertising campaigns, and developed strategies for multiple brands. Samantha also successfully grew the private event program for the venue, achieving significant sales growth.

From 2014 to 2016, Samantha worked as a Sales & Events Manager at Pennsylvania 6 for Public House Investments. Samantha excelled in building relationships with community groups and businesses, achieving revenue goals, and managing multiple events simultaneously. Prior to this, they briefly held the position of Sales & Events Coordinator for Public House.

Samantha began their career in the hospitality industry, serving as a Sales Manager for Broad Street Bullies Pub and Victory Beer Hall at XFINITY Live! Philadelphia from 2012 to 2014. Samantha demonstrated their expertise in sales and marketing, formulating partnerships, and creating relationships with universities.

Samantha also gained valuable experience as a Marketing & Event Intern at Paige Management in 2011 and as an Office Assistant at Rutgers University School of Education from 2007 to 2008.

Throughout their career, Samantha has showcased strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, making their a valuable asset in any role they undertake.

Samantha Ellert, PMP, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications with a minor in Environmental Policy, Institutions, and Behavior from Rutgers University. Samantha attended Rutgers University from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their bachelor's degree, Samantha has obtained two certifications. Samantha received the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in November 2021. Samantha also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2022.
