Lisa Hamilton

Lisa Hamilton has extensive experience in the beauty industry. Lisa began their career in 2002 as an Analyst for Kohl's Department Stores. Lisa then moved on to Bloomingdale's in 2003, where they held the role of Assistant Buyer. In 2004, they were promoted to Senior Assistant Buyer at Bloomingdale's. In 2006, they joined Sears Holdings as an Associate Buyer. Two years later, they accepted the role of Buyer Handbags & Accessories at Sears Holdings Kmart. In 2010, they joined Ulta Beauty as Vice President, Prestige Cosmetics, Divisional Merchandise Manager, Senior Buyer, and Buyer. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Retail Officer at JLo Beauty. Most recently, in 2022, they were named Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Briogeo Hair Care.

Lisa Hamilton attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing.
