Jinhong Zhang

Jinhong Zhang has extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Jinhong currently serves as the President of HZ CPAs & Advisors, P.C., where they assist social tech ventures in raising funds from government, private, and bank sources. Jinhong also works as the Director of Finance for CH Biomedical (USA) Inc., contributing to the development and distribution of a life-saving medical device. Jinhong has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Paladin Power, leading the manufacturing and application of advanced battery technology in the green energy industry. Jinhong holds the same position at Civy, an online platform for civic engagement. Previously, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for the American University of Health Sciences, focusing on developing students and fulfilling their dreams. Jinhong's experience also includes being a Principal at Hill Morgan and Associates, LLP, where they provided financial management solutions to entrepreneurial businesses and social enterprises. Jinhong worked as the Accounting Manager/Finance Director at Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services Inc., contributing to the organization's growth and development. Early in their career, Jinhong served as the Country Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Operation for China Communications Construction Group (limited), where they played a significant role in infrastructure engineering and construction projects.

Jinhong Zhang has a strong education background in business and accounting. Jinhong obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the same university in 2000. Jinhong also holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from the University of International Business and Economics, earned in 1993. Jinhong further enhanced their leadership skills by obtaining an Introduction Leader certification from Landmark in 2007.

In addition to their education, Jinhong Zhang has earned several certifications. Jinhong is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the California Board of Accountancy since 2008. Jinhong also holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, obtained in 2014.
