José Roberto Nogueira

José Roberto Nogueira has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as an Embaixador at Endeavor Brasil since March 2023. As the CEO and founder of Brisanet Telecomunicações since October 1998, José Roberto developed self-taught expertise in telecommunications management, specializing in network infrastructure development and spectrum management. In addition, José Roberto is a co-owner of Agility Telecom, established in 2019 to provide quality internet to small cities in Northeast Brazil. Previously, José Roberto owned Windstar Computadores, which focused on satellite TV solutions and computer peripheral sales, and worked as an Electronic Technician at Embraer for four years. José Roberto holds qualifications in jet engine technology, with over 500 hours of training in the field.
