Ben Kerswill

Ben Kerswill is an experienced professional currently serving as the General Manager of Consumer Business for the Brisbane Lions since April 2019, overseeing Membership, Ticketing, Merchandise, and Fan Data to enhance member and fan experiences. Prior to this role, Ben worked with the Australian Football League from March 2008 to April 2019 in various capacities, including CRM Platform Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing CRM and membership functions for 18 clubs and coordinating with Ticketmaster Australia. Earlier experience includes serving as the National Membership Manager for Gymnastics Australia, managing national registration programs and IT strategy, and as an Assistant Theatre Manager at Ormiston College. Ben holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Information Systems from Queensland University of Technology.
