Matt Headon

Matt Headon is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the sports and recreation sector. Currently serving as a Business Development Executive and previously as a Consumer Sales Consultant at Brisbane Lions since November 2021, Matt has also held the position of Membership Sales Officer at Richmond Football Club from January 2021 to November 2021. Prior roles include Sales and Travel Advisor at Smaller Earth, Head of Department at Camp Carolina, Sport and Recreation Officer at Smiths Sports Management, and Junior Development Officer at AFL NSW/ACT. Matt possesses strong skills in sales strategy formulation, team management, operational oversight, and community engagement, complemented by a Dual Diploma in Sports Development and Leadership and Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
