Ella Venn is a dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse background in support roles and leadership within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Healthcare Support Worker at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust since August 2022, Ella also leads the 'Next Gen' Programme at Future Frontline and has been a phlebotomist at BrisDoc Healthcare Services since April 2020. Ella's earlier experience includes being an Alto Choral Scholar at Bristol Cathedral from 2018 to 2021 and working as a Kitchen Assistant at Little Kitchen Cookery School in 2015. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Bristol and ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of the West of England.
