Sierra Pouw has had a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sierra started their career as a Stagiair at Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance in 1999. Sierra then worked as an Office Manager at Kodi B.V. from 2000 to 2002, and later as an Office Manager at RTB Schoonmaak & Bedrijfsdiensten from 2002 to 2004, where they focused on various aspects of the organization such as administration, personnel management, and customer relations.

In 2004, Sierra joined Adecco as a Consultant, responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for temporary positions. Sierra then took on the role of Recruiter, where they expanded their responsibilities to include recruiting candidates for both temporary and permanent positions, as well as matching them with appropriate companies. Sierra later became a Branch Manager at Adecco, initially overseeing the Purmerend location from 2006 to 2008, then managing both Hoorn and Purmerend locations from 2009 to 2010, and finally focusing solely on the Purmerend location from 2010 to 2011.

Sierra then transitioned to a role as a Project & Performance Specialist at Adecco, where they were responsible for developing and implementing specialized projects and performance improvements within the organization. Sierra further advanced to become a Senior Projects & Performance Specialist, expanding their expertise and coaching colleagues.

In 2015, Sierra joined The Adecco Group as a Senior Projects & Performance Specialist, where they continued to enhance their skills in innovation, development, and project management. Sierra also took on the role of Transformation Officer, leading multidisciplinary change projects to achieve organizational goals and improve service delivery.

Most recently, Sierra Pouw joined Brisker Group in 2020 as a Manager Operations Tentoo / HEE, overseeing operations and implementation of projects to drive efficiency, innovation, and uniformity within the organization.

Throughout their career, Sierra has demonstrated a strong focus on project management, change management, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of successful project implementation and stakeholder management.

Sierra Pouw's education history is as follows:

- From 1990 to 1996, Sierra Pouw attended Don Bosco College and completed their Havo (secondary school) education.

- From 1996 to 2000, Sierra Pouw studied at Inholland University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor's degree in MER, Management, Economie & Recht (Management, Economics & Law).

- In 2004, Sierra Pouw underwent internal training at Adecco Nederland.

- From 2006 to 2011, Sierra Pouw underwent additional internal training at Adecco Nederland.

- In 2009 to 2010, Sierra Pouw received a Diploma in HBO Projectmanagement (Higher Professional Education in Project Management) after completing studies at NCOI Opleidingsgroep.

- In 2011 to 2015, Sierra Pouw underwent internal training at Adecco Netherlands.

- From 2012 to 2013, Sierra Pouw studied at NCOI Opleidingsgroep and earned a Bachelor's degree in HBO Professionele Communicatie en Advisering (Communication and Advising).

- In 2014 to 2015, Sierra Pouw obtained a Diploma in Cursus Wordpress (Wordpress Course) from NHA.

- Sierra Pouw received a Leadership Certificate from Adecco Group Netherlands in 2018, after completing a program titled "Leiderschap kan niet zonder kwestbaarheid" (Leadership cannot exist without vulnerability).

- In 2018, Sierra Pouw completed a Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma program in collaboration with Adecco and PWC.

- In 2019, Sierra Pouw studied SEU Payroll at SEU.
