Ray Li

Ray Li has extensive engineering and design experience, currently serving as Head of Engineering and Head of Design at Bristan Group Ltd since June 2022. Prior roles include Design Engineering Manager at ERA Home Security, where the focus was on door and window hardware for home and smart security, and Technical Manager at Weston Body Hardware, specializing in automotive and industrial access systems. Additional experience includes serving as Engineering & Quality Manager at BRITAX PSV WYPERS LIMITED, working on rail, military, and marine wiper systems, and various design engineering roles across multiple industries from June 2002 to November 2011. Ray Li holds a degree in Industrial Product Design from Coventry University, completed between 1999 and 2002.
