Ashok Y

Ashok Y has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. Ashok started their career in 1994 as the Head of Business Solutions at Online Systems and Services, where they led presales and implementation efforts for transformative initiatives. Ashok then joined Software Palette India, leading the implementation of a custom ERP solution for the abrasive manufacturing industry. In 2003, they revolutionized e-governance with the implementation of a digital e-RTO engagement system at Maruthi-IT.com. Ashok also served as the Head of Project Deployment at Maruthi-IT.com, where they spearheaded the implementation of a digital license issuance system.

Ashok's work at Bristlecone Inc included roles such as Director - Sales, SCM Services and Engagement Manager. During their time at Bristlecone, Ashok successfully turned around underperforming regions, established the Supply Chain Services division in Europe, and drove sales excellence. Ashok also contributed to innovative projects and business growth within the SAP ecosystem.

Ashok co-founded a groundbreaking CRM start-up, WhyNot Innovations Private Limited, where they served as the Managing Director. There, they led a team in developing a patent-pending CRM software aimed at redefining customer experience in the services industry.

In their most recent role as the Head of Global Accounts at Bristlecone, Ashok drove transformative growth and global influence. Ashok resuscitated and quadrupled the revenues of one of Bristlecone's platinum accounts, earning the company its position among SAP's 15 Global Strategic Suppliers.

Throughout their career, Ashok has demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Their expertise spans sales, marketing, strategic alliances, and digital transformation initiatives.

Ashok Y holds a Master's degree in Computer Application from Bangalore University.
