Bharathram has held various roles and responsibilities, starting as a software engineer at Celtic Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they gained experience in developing Oracle Forms, Reports, Packages, Functions, and Triggers. Bharathram then worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Analyst, where they provided solutions for design, development, and deployment of Oracle ERP in the space of supply chain management, manufacturing, and value chain planning.

Moving forward, Bharathram joined Inspirage as a Principal Consultant, where they worked as a project lead, solution architect, and process consultant in areas ranging from high-level solution design to detailed testing in Oracle VCP Space. Bharathram provided solution leadership for the design, development, and deployment of Oracle R12 in the space of contract manufacturing with Oracle Planning(ASCP) features to meet complex customer-specific business requirements.

Later, they joined Rapidflow Apps Inc. as a Managing Principal Consultant, where they understood and articulated client's business operations and provided solution leadership for the design, development, and deployment of Oracle ERP R12 in the space of supply chain management and value chain planning. Bharathram also provided product support for Oracle Value Chain Planning (VCP) Suite of applications.

Currently, Bharathram is working as a Principal Solutions Architect at Bristlecone, where they continue to provide solutions and expertise in the field of supply chain management.
