Justin Smith

Justin Smith is a native of Rochester, NY, and the owner of Brite, a Managed IT Services and Cyber Security Company, where he serves as President & COO. Justin is based in Victor, NY, has more than 75 employees, and has been named seven times to Inc. Magazine’s 500/5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Bringing over 25 years of sales, marketing, and leadership experience, he continuously strives to solve the complex IT challenges of Brite’s customers while operating a fast-growing company on a day-to-day basis.

Along with steering the strategic vision of Brite, Justin currently sits on the board of Rochester Regional Health System where he chairs the Investment Committee. He is also a board member of the Greater Rochester Assurance Company (GRACO), Bristol Extracts, a Hemp Wellness Co. and spends additional time in the community coaching baseball at Pittsford Mendon High School.
