Jaxon Holland is an experienced industrial engineer currently serving as the Lead Production Supervisor in the Paint Department at SRG Global since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jaxon held the position of Manufacturing Program Manager at Bristol Group, Inc., focusing on quality management and process improvement. Jaxon has a solid background in supervising batch plant operations, designing equipment using CAD, and developing concrete mix designs. Additionally, Jaxon completed an engineering internship at Infiltrator Water Technologies, while also gaining leadership experience as the Lead Technology Support Student Worker at Jacksonville State University. Jaxon holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Manufacturing Engineering from Jacksonville State University, along with qualifications in PLC programming.
