J Emmanuel Rafisura has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1996, they worked at Mindanao Development Bank as the Officer-in-Charge and Assistant Manager until 2004. From 2011 to 2013, they served as an Accounting Consultant at Liberty Pascual Tax and Accounting Firm. Subsequently, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Howard Russo, CPA Accounting Firm from 2013 to 2015. They then transitioned to the healthcare field, first as a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Masonic Homes of California from 2015 to 2016, followed by a Finance Manager role at CVHCare from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Clinical Supervisor at Amavi Home Health and Hospice Care Services, Inc. After that, they worked as a Team Manager at Hospice of the Eastbay from 2020 to 2022, and then as the Director of Patient Care Services at Gentiva Hospice from October to December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Patient Care Services at Bristol Hospice, starting in January 2023.
