Edwin Cordero

Edwin Cordero is an experienced nursing professional with a comprehensive background in intensive care and management. Currently serving as an Intensive Care Nurse at UConn Health since March 2023 and at Bristol Hospital and Health Care Group, Inc. since March 2020, Cordero previously held the position of Nurse Manager in the Medical/Surgical and Orthopedic Units at The Hospital of Central Connecticut from March 2017 to March 2020. Additionally, Cordero worked as a Heart Failure Navigator and Assistant Nurse Manager in the Interventional Cardiology Unit at Baystate Health from September 2015 to March 2017. Earlier career roles include Clinical Resource Leader and Staff Nurse in Cardiac Telemetry at The Hospital of Central Connecticut from October 2001 to September 2015. Cordero holds a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership from Walden University (2018-2021) and a degree from the University of Santo Tomas (1996-2000).
