Brandi Owens has extensive experience in ticket operations and customer service, currently serving as Ticket System Operations Manager at Bristol Motor Speedway since May 2015, where responsibilities include ticket sales, customer service, and utilizing CRM and Archtics ticketing systems. Prior to this role, Brandi held positions such as Ticket Operations Coordinator and Customer Service Representative at Bristol Motor Speedway, and served as Assistant Director of Athletic Media Relations at The University of Virginia's College at Wise, focusing on media relations and social media. Brandi's earlier experience includes management roles in food and beverage services at Doubletree by Hilton, where responsibilities encompassed event planning, employee training, and customer relations. Brandi holds a Master of Arts in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University.

We host guests from all 50 states and 26 foreign countries and in 2016, hosted College Football's Biggest Game Ever, the Pilot Flying J Battle at Bristol between the Univerity of Tennessee and Virginia Tech.
