Amy Anderson

Amy Anderson is an experienced leader in change management and organizational effectiveness with a career spanning over two decades in various high-impact roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Change & Transformation at Bristol Myers Squibb since May 2015, Amy has successfully driven significant cultural transformation initiatives recognized by MIT Sloan as a 2020 Culture Champion. Previous roles at Bristol Myers Squibb include Director of Organizational Effectiveness, where Amy implemented strategies to enhance business performance through effective change management. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Verizon, where Amy developed the company’s Change Execution methodology, and several senior roles at Covance that focused on global change management. Early career experience includes roles in education coordination and training at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and Outback Steakhouse Inc. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Mason University and an MBA in Organizational Psychology and Development from American InterContinental University.
