Amy Silverstein

Amy Silverstein currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Medical Officer and Head of Development at Bristol Myers Squibb since January 2025. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at McKinsey & Company from January 2017 to January 2025, including Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, and Associate. From January 2014 to January 2017, Amy worked at Columbia Technology Ventures as a Senior Managing Fellow, Associate Managing Fellow, and CTV Fellow. Additionally, Amy was a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Columbia University in the City of New York from January 2012 to January 2017 and a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania's McKay Orthopaedic Research Laboratory - Mauck Lab from January 2009 to January 2012. Amy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia Engineering and a Master of Science (MS) in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
