Carla Silva is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background in demand planning and global supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director, Global Executive S&OP Execution Lead for Intercon Markets at Bristol Myers Squibb since September 2023, Carla has previously held key positions at Alkermes as Associate Director, End to End Supply Chain and at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as Demand Planning Manager. Earlier roles include various managerial positions at Aspen Pharma, covering demand and supply chain operations across Europe, and specialist roles at Smartbox Group in Portugal. Carla's educational qualifications include a Diploma in Organizational Leadership and Change Management from the Irish Management Institute and a Licentiate degree in Supply Chain and Distribution Management from IPS School of Business.
